STEM-UP NETWORK Virtual Networking

Plan to spend time making new connections and building relationships in a fun setting with like-minded Women in STEM. We spend a little more time on self-introductions so others can get to know more about you too!

Each virtual networking session includes a guided conversation around a specific topic led by a guest facilitator, plus free-style networking time among participants.

Everyone is encouraged and welcome to contribute to the conversation.

This month's guided conversation entitled, “Unlocking Success: Negotiating for What You Want, Need and Deserve!”, will be led by Kay Epps, ACC, aPHR®, MBA, Founder, Intentional Solutions Coaching & Consulting.

Understanding the art and techniques of effective negotiations are key to shaping precise outcomes; to fostering trust and collaboration; and to ensuring effective and meaningful agreements. This session walks you through those techniques, strategies, and perspectives so you can begin to put them into practice (with more confidence) to get what you want, need and deserve.

About Kay - Kay Epps, ACC, aPHR®, MBA is a high performance professional development and leadership coach. She is trained and credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a certified human resources leader (aPHR®). Kay works with clients to clarify issues, approach challenges, and accelerate solutions. Prior to founding Intentional Solutions Coaching & Consulting, Kay spent over 20 years in leadership roles in finance, strategic planning, corporate financial communications, and business operations with organizations such as GE Capital, GrafTech International, and CBRE, Inc.
