    Agile Scrum 101 provides an introduction to agile principles and the Scrum framework, equipping participants with a practical understanding of how agile differs from traditional waterfall approaches. The course explores the core elements of Scrum, including roles, events, and artifacts, and examines how teams plan, execute, and deliver work in an agile environment. Participants will learn how to analyze, write, and estimate effective user stories, compare Scrum roles and responsibilities, and evaluate common challenges and options for implementing agile within an organization. The course also provides an overview of the most common Scrum certifications and pathways for continued professional development.
